NEW! 8-week TangoStride Class Series for M.S. & Parkinson's
Increase mobility and boost confidence, one step at a time. The TangoStride Technique is designed to help people with mobility challenges due to stroke, TBI, MS, Parkinson's and other neurological conditions, who can bear their weight and stand (even for just 10 seconds, with or without assistance) improve their balance, coordination, confidence, and overall walking ability. Wheelchairs, walkers & canes welcome!

Garfield Community Center, 2323 E Cherry St, Seattle WA 98122


REGISTRATION:

  • $80* for the 8-week series

  • No experience or partner needed. Caregivers welcome at no additional fee.

  • Space is limited to ensure individualized attention. Preference given to those who pre-register for the entire series. Drop-ins $12/class, space allowing.

  • Payment can also be made by mailing a check to "Hugs that Empower" to PO Box 55082, Shoreline WA 98155. Please notify us at hugsthatempower@gmail.com

  • Thank you for understanding that registration fees are non-refundable.

* Classes are powered by Hugs that Empower nonprofit, commited to turning no-one away for lack of funds. If the fee is an issue for you, please do contact us to arrange a further discounted rate. If you are able to pay more than the listed fee, additional contributions to help off-set costs for other participants are also welcome. *
