Increase mobility and boost confidence, one step at a time. The TangoStride Technique is designed to help people with mobility challenges -- due to stroke, TBI, MS, Parkinson's and other neurological conditions -- who can bear their weight and stand (even for just 10 seconds, with or without assistance) improve their balance, coordination, confidence, and overall walking ability. Wheelchairs, walkers & canes welcome!


TUESDAYS, April 10 - May 29 (8 weeks)
Garfield Community Center, 2323 E Cherry St, Seattle WA 98122

  • 1:00-2:00pm: TangoStride™ for M.S.
  • 2:15-3:15pm: TangoStride for Parkinson's
  • 3:30-4:30pm: TangoStride for Stroke/TBI/SCI survivors


  • $80* for the 8-week series

  • No experience or partner needed. Caregivers welcome at no additional fee.

  • Space is limited to ensure individualized attention. Pre-registration is required.
